I'm Dayna
I am a former Emergency Room / Psychiatric Nurse specializing in Trauma Informed Guidance, Nervous System Regulation and Somatic Practice.
In addition to the body based elements of my work, I am a Spiritual Mentor, Guide and Channel, leading folks toward liberation and self mastery through 1:1 sessions, Tarot Reading and Sound Healing.
My offerings are my greatest gift and highest service to the world. It is an honor and a privilege to walk along side you on your journey back to Self.

SOMA SESSIONS FOR NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION :
Our body is a library of our lived experience and holds the records of every single emotion and trauma that we've ever lived through. The body is also the information source that informs us about danger, safety and heavily impacts how we connect / react to our world around us.
We cannot heal in the same environment we became sick. Talk therapy is valuable in connecting with the social engagement center of the brain, creating safety with another person and releasing some stored emotions and energy, but its not a sustainable way to truly heal. If we are continually rehashing painful experiences through the mind only, we are doing ourselves a disservice. Its time we also integrate and honor the bodies wisdom in the process of healing, which works for those seeking long term results.
Somatic based healing focuses on the body-up process of pain and trauma with the understanding that the Nervous System is the command center that informs nearly every aspect of our lives INCLUDING thought patterns, emotions, viscera, hormones, immune system, biology, physiology etc.!
In session, we tap into the individual's capacity to heal by reestablishing a new relationship with their body while also incorporating their story. Through conscious counseling coupled with physical awareness, we work to understand, accept and provide a new framework for sustainable progress and true healing to take place.
I have been working with Tarot for 10+ years and am consistently humbled by the wisdom and messages it provides. Tarot is not a novelty but a vehicle for deeper connection with self, soul and the spirit realm.
We are constantly being communicated with through signs, synchroncities and nonphysical source energies, Tarot is a way to reveal these messages in a way you can hear and understand.
I provide both virtual and in-person readings.
Sessions range from 1-1.5 hrs.

TAROT
SOUND HEALING:
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes back in to nurture and nourish your mind and your body.
I use a very simple formula: Intention + Vibration = Healing
Together we set intentions for the healing experience and then using various instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations, we create a therapeutic atmosphere that you can get lost and found within. Sound promote deep rest, nervous system regulation, and emotional release.
What to expect: People have reported deep relaxation, physical sensations, tingling, warmth, vivid visuals, colors, dreamlike states etc. Hell, some people fall asleep! Whatever the experience brings you, it will be the perfect medicine for YOU.
Dayna is a resident Sound Healer at Rockefeller State Park and provides Monthly Community Sound Healing Experiences at Body Axis Studio in Peekskill, NY
as well as, private and small group sound healing sessions by request.
